 On March 1, 2009 some amateur radio operators in northeast Louisiana met in Carlos (KB5YEG) shop to build some antennas. Carlos built a launcher to shoot lines high into trees to put up antennas. The antennas and launcher were on display at the March 3, 2009 Twin City Ham Club Meeting in West Monroe, Louisiana. Before the meeting Carlos and Nick demonstrated the launcher outside the building. It was impressive to see.        |
