| Field day was held on June 24-25, 2006. Northeast Louisiana ARES and the Twin City Ham Club ran concurrent operations at the Ouachita Parish Fire Training Center in West Monroe, Louisiana. About 3 p.m. Friday afternoon several came to put up antennas, and raise the portable ARES tower. Late Saturday morning several were there getting last minute things done before the 1 p.m. starting time. Saturday evening hamburgers and hot dogs were barbequed and eaten along with several other things. Pictures were taken by Melinda (N5MEL), Larry (N5ASA), BT (KE5HLT) and Claude (KD5ITA).
