 The Twin City Ham Club held their annual hamfest on April 24, 2010 at the Barak Shrine Temple in Monroe, Louisiana. The 2010 ARES Section Convention was held at our Hamfest. Forums were held during the day. Testing was done for all classes. Door prizes were drawn during the day. Three Grand Prizes were drawn near the end of the day. First Prize was a Yaesu FT 817 HF/VHF/UHF All mode portable - won by W1EBB, Scott Webb of West Monroe, LA Second Prize was a Yaesu FT 7900 Dual band mobile - won by N5RTZ, Russell Taylor of Shreveport, LA Third Prize was a Wouxum Dual band HT - won by KB5YEG, Carlos Ingram of Rayville, LA Pictures on this site were taken by Dan, KE5UTN and Gene, KC5WS.
