The Twin City Ham Club held their annual hamfest on Saturday, November 10, 2007, in the Barak Shriners building.
Palmetto Antennas were there with antennas, coax and an assortment of other items. There were tables with a variety of used equipment and supplies available to purchase.
A lot of people were happy to just visit with friends they hadn't seen for a while. It was a chance for some to meet new friends.
Ms Bessie and her crew in the kitchen were busy providing delicious food and drinks.
Door prizes were given away during the day. The Grand Prize was a Yaesu 857D - HF/VHF/UHF All Mode that was won by Larry (N5ASA), Second Prize was a Yaesu 1802M - 2 Meter Mobile that was won by Debbie, (KD5RWQ) and Third Prize was a Yaesu VX-150 - 2 Meter HT.
